Alpha Lambda Delta Honor
Society, New Member Coordinator, 2013-2014. Duties include: coordinate initiation
ceremony; recruit new members; assist in leading meetings, service projects and
social events.
CrossLife College Ministry at
Grace Bible Church, Servant
Leader, 2014. Duties include: lead a small group, greet
visitors and attenders, and assist with various event operations.
MSU AdvoCats, Tour Guide, 2013 – present. Duties include: educate visitors about MSU,
promote MSU, give campus tours, assist with MSU Friday events.
Montana State 4-H Congress, Program Assistant, Summer 2013. Duties include: Manage stage operations, guide youth in ceremony performances,
communicate with other committees for a smooth and professional production.
Honors:
Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society Outstanding New
Member Award, 2013. Awarded to a student who showed great
involvement in service and among fellow initiates in Alpha Lambda Delta.
Industrial Engineer Student
of the Month, Jan 2014. Awarded by Alpha Pi Mu Honor Society. Nominated by faculty for exhibiting excellent
attitude and engagement in the classroom.
Montana University System Honors
Scholar. Award based on academic performance.
Horatio Alger Scholar. Scholarship program that is specifically
aimed at students who have “confronted and overcome adversity in their young
lives.”
Montana 4-H 3rd
Place State Demonstrator, 2012.
Competition in which 4-Hers give a presentation on a topic of their
choice, and are evaluated on topic, material presented, and delivery.
Montana Delegate to National
4-H Congress,
2012. Represented Montana 4-H at the
national conference, awarded by placing in state competitions.
Activities:
Montana
4-H Center for Youth and Development, August
2012 – present. Work as
Administrative Assistant, performing clerical
and organizational duties such as data entry, assemble educational materials,
package and ship items, other miscellaneous tasks.
AdvoCats,
August 2012 – present. Serve as an
ambassador for MSU to campus visitors and prospective students.
Institute of Industrial
Engineers, MSU Chapter, Fall 2013-present. Participate in club events, help fundraise
for club activities.
SwingCats and Country Swing
Dancing Clubs at MSU. Participate in club dances.
Service Saturday volunteer
days at MSU. Spend one Saturday morning per month
volunteering at a community service project through the MSU Office of
Activities and Engagement.
